We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Custom Orders



All candles are hand-poured and made to order.

Due to the custom nature of our products (including color, fragrance, and design), slight variations are natural and expected. These variations are not considered defects.



3. Pricing & Payments



All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed or shipped.



4. Shipping



Processing times and shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Agaboo Candles is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must purchase a new shipping label for reshipment.



5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements



Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.


Refunds or replacements are only accepted within 7 days of delivery if:


  • The item arrives damaged
  • The package is lost in transit



Proof of damage (photos) and order details are required.



6. Candle Safety & Liability



Candles must be used responsibly and in accordance with provided safety instructions.

Agaboo Candles is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper use of candles, including but not limited to:


  • Leaving a candle unattended
  • Burning beyond recommended time
  • Placing candles near flammable materials



By purchasing our products, you assume full responsibility for their safe use.

8. Accuracy of Information
