At Agaboo Candles, each candle is hand-poured and made to order with care.

Processing Time

Our candles are made to order.

Typical processing time is approximately 3–5 business days.

Orders of more than 2 candles may require additional processing time.
During holidays and high-volume seasons (such as Christmas), processing times may extend to up to 1–2 weeks.

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Shipping fees are flat-rate and non-refundable.

Delivery Time

Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin after your order has been shipped.

Agaboo Candles is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a new shipping label must be purchased before reshipment.
We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect address errors.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, if applicable.
