Products

Most AGABOO candles are handmade in small batches.

Because every candle is individually hand-poured, slight differences in color, texture, finish, fragrance intensity, frosting, and other natural characteristics may occur.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, monitor, or mobile device.

Handmade Nature

Our candles are decorative handmade products.

Each candle is unique, and no two pieces will be perfectly identical.

Minor imperfections are part of the handmade process and should be expected.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.

Orders may be canceled for reasons including, but not limited to:

• suspected fraud
• pricing errors
• inventory inaccuracies
• payment issues
• violation of these Terms

If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, the payment will be refunded.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Taxes and shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout where applicable.

Payments

Payment is required before production or shipment begins.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully processed.

Custom Orders

Custom candle projects are subject to separate production requirements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Minimum order quantity is 50 candles per design.
• Custom mold development requires a non-refundable $1,200 mold development fee.
• The mold development fee is separate from the production cost of the candles.
• Production begins only after all required payments have been received.
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
• Due to the custom nature of these products, custom orders are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Production and shipping times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Certain products—including custom-made items and personalized products—may not be eligible for return.
